PLEASE add the ability to rotate the iPhone to landscape mode on StoreIt and StoreIt Pro!

These apps have such potential for large amounts of data entry and the only thing stopping me from entering more data into them is that there is no support for the easier-to-type-on landscape keyboard!

I can't stand to type on the portrait keyboard on the iPhone, but I can really fly on the landscape one, so now what I've been having to do is type my content in an app that does support landscape keyboard (like Notes) and then copy and paste it over to StoreIt, but what a pain! This should be a simple add, yea? :-D

Are there plans to add this to the next release? And if so when might that be made available? Thanks!!

We do hope to add landscape support at some point. Unfortunately it is not that straightforward a change to make. At the same time we would like to make a few other layout improvements that others have suggested on this forum. It is unlikely to be in the next functional release, but we do hope to start work on this in the not to distant future.

Well I must agree that the landscape mode will give this application much more potential especially displaying more data due to the wider screen in landscape mode. Please add this if possible !

I would also like to see landscape supported. Along the same lines it would be good to see the labels in the record view mode in line with the data. At the only 4 fields can be seen at one time. A change in layout would allow 8 - 10 fields on the screen. An alternative would be to have font size options.

It would be nice to be able to see more fields maybe in a side by side format versus a single row in the portrait mode. I would also like to see a "-" added to the numeric keypad for number fields (many catalog numbers have dashes).

We'll make a note of the extra keyboard requirement. Thanks.

YES, landscape mode and more fields in record view mode are very important to me as well!
StoreIt is great for recording collection of items but I found it is difficult to use for recording expenses.

I want to show date, amount and expense description in record view mode but only 2 fields are allowed. If I set to display date and amount, too many space left and I don't know what expense is. If I set to dispplay description and date instead, date column ocuppies half of screen so only small portion of description is shown. Since I need to know date, I can't set to show description alone...what a dilemma...

If StoreIt can be in landscape mode and able to show more columns, the usage experience must be much better!

One more question: Is it possible to show text in multiple lines in record view mode also?(Right now, only item view mode and edit mode can show multiple lines.)

A minor request: Can cursor automatically focuses to password field when password is needed?

    Thanks for reading.

We do hope at some point to be able to carve out enough time to look at landscape suppport. Thanks for the extra input on additional lines and cursor focus as well.

I would suggest that when creating an iPad release, Landscape mode need to exist at that point as well, since iPad has much more space.
And about Landscape on iPhone: wouldn't it just make the fields wider (and less fields visible) ?

Yes that would make sense. But there's not been sufficient demand at the moment to prioritize it. Thanks.
