Functions Supported By StoreItPro

StoreItPro supports the creation of calculated fields that allow various different functions to be applied to existing values to create new values. Here is a list of the functions currently supported by StoreItPro.

• Text and Note Fields
  • Conditional Value: Create a list of tests and set values based on which test succeeds.
  • Join As Text: Join a set of input values (which can include fields of any type) into a single text value.
  • Text Between: Get the text that is contained in the positions specified.
• Number Fields
  • Plus: Arithmetic addition.
  • Minus: Arithmetic subtraction.
  • Times: Arithmetic multiplication.
  • Divided By: Arithmetic division.
• Date, Time and Date & Time Fields
  • Period Between: Calculate the period between specified date or time values.
  • Add Period: Adds a number of days, weeks, months, years, hours or minutes to the input value.
  • Subtract Period: Subtracts a number of days, weeks, months, years, hours or minutes to the input value.
  • (Date Only) Next Anniversary Of: Calculates the next yearly anniversary of the specified date.
